Hey there, nice to meet you! I'm Lumi, a part-time freelancer who loves to draw and rig models, assets as well as emotes/animations for Vtubers. General Rules:
✦ You must be 18 years or older to commission me.✦ Please credit me as the illustrator or Rig artist (model mama/papa) and ensure that the credit is prominently displayed in acceissible areas, like your twitch panels, twitter bio, channel, webtiste, etc.✦ All communication with regards to commissions should be conducted through vgen or email. Written communication helps me ensure that we are both on the same page.✦ I have the right to publicly share and/or stream my work in any format, except for commissions with an NDA or other few privacy related exceptions.✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission or request that I am uncomfortable with, or for which I do not feel confident in completing satisfactorily.✦ Commissions that require me to replicate another artist's style may be declined at my discretion.✦ I cannot be held liable for any misunderstandings or misconceptions if the commissioner fails to thoroughly read my Terms of Service.✦ You are permitted to stream and create monetized content using the model on your chosen media platform.✦ Distribution of the model file to others is strictly prohibited.✦ Reusing any parts of the commission for personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.✦ Usage of the commission in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency, is strictly prohibited.✦ Using the model illustration in any AI-related technology, including AI Art Generators, is strictly prohibited.✦ The model may not be used to incite hate, harassment, or illegal activities.✦ when commissioning me for illustrations, graphics, vtuber model art and live2d rigging, please take my art style into account.
live2d model art commissions:
✦ please submit as many reference images, character reference sheets and details as possible for your commission request. the more the better, I want to ensure i fully understand the vision.✦ the model will be created part by part rather than making artwork and cutting it into parts and repainting them. this approach makes adjustments and revisions easier later down the line.
live2d rigging commissions:
✦ Prepare your .PSD file with all layers properly-named, separated, and grouped. Failure to do so may incur extra charges for processing, depending on complexity.✦ include as many references and details as you can for complex features, toggles or animations to avoid delays.✦ please keep in mind that the range of motion will depend on how the parts are separated and drawn/designed.✦ please ensure that the model, particularly the face, is centered on the canva, facing forward, and as symmetrical as possible (with exception to some character details that may be asymmetrical)✦ any major adjustments required for the PSD file will be treated as a revision and may or may not incur additional fees depending on the complexity.✦ no ai-generated models or elements from existing ips.

Payment and commission details:
✦ All prices are in USD and payment is accepted via VGen requests. Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or via payment plans (example: 50/50), with upfront payments allowing immediate use of the model. Partially paid clients must wait until fully paid to receive and use the model. Ensure your email matches your PayPal email to avoid scams.✦ Commissions are reviewed, not first-come, first-served. I will notify accepted clients, and may contact those declined, though this may take time.✦ Slot reservations are not accepted, and not all applications may be accepted due to limited availability. I will work on one or two commissions at a time and reopen once current projects are completed.✦ Waitlists may be opened when I am nearing completion of current works.✦ Only features in the initial invoice will be worked on. New additions require consultation and pricing, and may be subject to waiting for when commissions reopen, unless specified otherwise.✦ I don’t accept commissions with deadlines under 2 weeks.
✦ A pricavy fee equal to 20% of the total price will be applied to the invoice for an NDA.✦ I will keep the client informed with all progress and exclusive updates on the progress of the commission.✦ clients may choose to share progess/wips of the model on social media, provided they give proper credit unless otherwise specified by myself or the artist.✦ I will refrain from livestreaming or posting wips of a commission that is under an nda until the models debut✦ I otherwise reserve the right to livestream and post wips of my works online.✦ following the model's debut, i may publish a showcase video featuring the model for my portfolio, giving appropriate credit to the client and all involved artists.✦ I am not responsible for any paypal fees charged to the client. ✦ a rush fee of 50% of the total price will be applied to the invoice for rush commissions.✦ paying or offering to pay a rush fee is not a guarantee that i will take your commission or request!!! i reserve the right to decline a rush commission if I believe i am unable to complete your project within your desired timeframe.
refund and chargeback policy:
✦ live2d model art: a full refund is availble BEFORE I commence work on the commission, and a partial refund will be considered based on any progress made.✦ RIGGING: A full refund is only possible if work has no yet been started.✦ it is strongly recommended that commissioners are fully commited before placing an order to avoid complications, encluding any paypal fees associated with payment and refunds.✦ Filing a chargeback will result in forfeiture of all rights to a commissioned work. additionally, you will be added to my blacklist, barred from future purchases, and other artists and riggers will be informed to prevent future issues with chargebacks and transactions.
✦ my illustration and graphics projects typically take 4-6 weeks.✦ my rigging projects typically take 1-2 months.✦ Timeframes may be extended or adjusted based on the complexity of the work, especially with projects that include many toggles, features or animations. More components and more details mean more work, thus more time.✦ please avoid rushing me, as it add pressure and could affect quality. please communicate with me before placing an order if you are on a rush timeframe. please communicate with me if your timeline has changed.✦ I will keep clients updated on any delays or issues, both publicly and privately.
